Responsible for the administration, budget, confidential fund and staff action of Criminal Investigation Group.
Responsible for recruitment, training and assignment of personnel in civilian and military environments.
Commanded units of up to 3400 troops in combat.

Law Enforcement Experience:

Military:

Served as the U.S. Military Services Representative at Interpol in Paris. Supervised criminal investigators in France, Belgium, Holland, England and Germany.

In the Far East, was responsible for a task force targeted against organized crime, narcotics and counterfeit dealings.

Civilian:

Special Agent and Senior Agent - Investigation Division of the Gaming Control Board of Nevada. Responsible for all background and financial investigations in foreign countries. Tracked financial holdings to a specific source of funds.

Geographical Areas:

Europe: Lived in France, Belgium, Germany and England. Traveled extensively throughout Europe. Was a member of an International Civilian Military Crime Task Force covering all Western European countries.

Africa: Was responsible for the evacuation of civilian personnel from the former Zaire (Democratic Republic of the Congo). Was in charge of a detachment responsible for the formation of radio relay stations throughout North and East Africa to track U.S. satellites.
