PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

A retired Army Officer with over 20 years experience in military management, research and development. Assignments included Project Officer, MASSTER; Armor Center Liaison to the TRADOC Combined Arms Test Activity; Chief of Force Development Test and Evaluation Branch and later Executive Officer of the Directorate of Combat Developments, Fort Knox, Kentucky; Special Assignment for the development of the Army Requirement for the Mobil Protected Gun System (MPGS-AGS), and USJUSMATT- Turkey. Founded Genesis Consultants Ltd., Inc. (QSI) and now Q-Systems International, Inc. Designed, directed and reported testing for the Joint Technical Coordinating Group (Joint Live Fire Program-US Weapons versus Soviet Armor). Directed the DARPA Armor-Anti-armor (A3) Phase I program at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Mr. Hodges has extensive experience in Program and Test management, Test Planning, Combat Battle Damage Assessment, Lethality and Vulnerability Analysis. Mr. Hodges has also directed an 18 month effort to develop ultra light armor materials for use in body armor, armored cars, light armored vehicles and personally designed an explosive mitigating luggage container system for commercial airline applications which is patented. Mr. Hodges is a Vietnam Veteran with decorations for valor and served two years as a security assistance officer in the Republic of Turkey prior to his retirement in 1985. He was selected for inclusion in WHO'S WHO in American Industry and Finance in 1989 and was selected for WHO'S WHO in U.S. Executives in 1990.

Mr. Hodges is a licensed private investigator in the state of Texas with 4 years of experience in all types of investigations from fraud and loss prevention to industrial counter-intelligence. He has also graduated from the Armed Protection Officers Academy in Fort Worth Texas.
